Terms of use


By installing fununo, you agree to be bound by the following terms of use. Please read them carefully before installation.

1. Proprietary rights

The SELSYS Software Solutions GmbH based in Vienna owns all trademarks, database rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights which are connected with fununo application.

With accepting these Terms and Conditions, SELSYS grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the application for your personal use.

2. General terms of use

You hereby agree that you will not copy, reproduce or modify the application in your favour, nor in favour of third parties.

fununo is currently available free of charge. SELSYS reserves the right to change this condition or to introducechargeable supplementary software.

3. Availability

fununo is available on mobile devices running Apple iOS and Android system software. SELSYS will undertake appropriate efforts to make the application available at all times.

The application is provided over the internet and mobile networks, so the quality and availability of the application can be affected by factors outside the control of SELSYS. SELSYS doesn’t take any responsibility for unavailability of the application, or any inability to download or access content or any other communication system failure which may result in the application being unavailable.

When downloading or using the application you can be charged by your mobile provider for access to network connection services according to your cell phone tariff. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise, for example, caused by data roaming abroad.

4. System Requirements

In order to use the application you are required to have a compatible mobile device which fulfills the necessary software requirements.

5. Facebook-Plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white letter f on blue background or a thumb up icon) or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”.

When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website. Thus we have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to our state of knowledge. The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be assigned to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, by clicking the “share”-button, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it. If you don’t want that Facebook will match your visits to your Facebook-account then please log out while using the app.

6. Advertisements and product placement

There can be advertising messages on the user interface of fununo. SELSYS doesn’t take any liability for the advertising content or corresponding internet links.

7. Exclusion of liability

SELSYS cannot be made liable for any damages to your mobile devices as a result of the installation or use of fununo.

We cannot take over any guarantee for providing sharp pictures on which people can be clearly identifiable. SELSYS cannot be held liable if you don’t get your personal picture but a foreign picture or if there are additional foreign people on your picture. SELSYS cannot held be liable if incorrectly assigned pictures are distributed (for example on social platforms).

8. Data protection regulations

Personal data, which is generated with fununo, can be processed according to our data protection regulations.

SELSYS is committed to protect your privacy. We take our responsibilities regarding the security of customer information very seriously. This policy explains how we use customer information and how we protect your privacy.

1. Use of customer information

We need certain information to allow us to process your action pictures. We may also collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when you give us feedback.

We would use your contact details to communicate with you and will use your information to provide and personalise our service. We may use your information to send you offers and news about fununo. Your data can be used for the following purposes: statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, maintenance and development of the application, customer surveys and for identifying your requirements and preferences. We may also use and analyse the information that you provide in order to improve and develop fununo.

The information that you provide to us will be held in our systems which are located on our premises or those of an appointed third party. SELSYS may also allow access to your information by other third parties and if applicable hand over data.

2. Safety regulations to protect saved data

When giving data to third parties, SELSYS will ensure that their security measures concerning data storage, data processing and data transfer, are at least as stringent as those employed by SELSYS.

3. GPS tracking

SELSYS offers location-enabled services. If you use those services, SELSYS may receive information about your actual location (such as GPS signals sent by a mobile device). We may use the information we collect to:
